Step into a world of wonder in our incredible Avatar-themed game room, where black lights and custom sound system transport you to the immersive world of Pandora. The game room offers your own private slice of Disney at home. Turn on the soundtrack, the black lights and immerse yourself for an evening of family friendly competition. The room has two motorbike games, air hockey, skee ball, a basketball game and has its own climate control so you can always be comfortable. Kids will delight in our Star Wars-themed bunk room, complete with a slide and sound system that makes them feel like they're in a galaxy far, far away. Each bed is a spaceship pod, ensuring an out-of-this-world experience. The bunk room comes complete with the Millennial Falcon cockpit area and with a private TV space, perfect for the kids after a day of adventure. Outside, enjoy the Florida sun in the private pool, deck area, and BBQ. The outdoor space is covered by a lanai offering comfort and protection from unwanted insects while you are enjoying the space. The spacious living areas include a large kitchen and great room, beautifully decorated for your comfort. The kitchen comes fully stocked with the essentials plus some added elements of fun. Spend a morning making your own Mickey Mouse waffles or browse the Disney Parks cookbook and try to recreate your own Disney favorites! The home features a Frozen-themed bedroom, an Avengers-themed bedroom, and a Mickey Mouse and Friends playroom for the little ones. Book your stay with us today and make memories to last a lifetime! Gate restrictions: The HOA limits us to 6 gate passes. We cannot issue more than 6 gate passes and gate passes cannot be shared. PLEASE NOTE that the jetted spa is not a hot tub which means it will take longer to heat up and in the winter months will not reach hot tub temperatures. The pool/spa heating is a separate fee of $35 per night and needs to be paid upfront (before your arrival). The Oasis Club, the main community resort, includes a lazy river, wave pool and free movie theater with shows running every day. The Retreat Club, the smaller but closer community resort has a pool, splash pad/water playground and a couple water slides. The whole property is accessible except for the owner's closets located in the game room and under the stairs.

As a family road trip we came down to Florida from Texas...and after a long drive coming to the Magical Manor was a BEAUTIFUL RELIEF!!! After arriving, (which I want to say again thank you for being so detailed with the gate instructions) getting settled was a breeze. Although the rain/storm derailed some of our plans, there was plenty of fun to keep the kids well entertained with the pool and arcade room (which the adults OVERLY enjoyed as well LOL). We will definitely book the Magical Manor again, plenty of sleeping space, clean, in a secure location, with lots of food/shops near. The hosts were GREAT and reply quickly with effective communication. THANK YOU MR. SHANE & CREW!!!

Magical Manor was exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my children's birthday. The house presented as advertised and the children had a blast. There were ample amounts of dishes and appliances in the house for us to utilize. The game room was the kids favorite part of the house along with the Star Wars themed kids room. My son said "This is the bestist mommy", which told me I made the right choice in house selection. The villa was very private and we felt same with the security provided by the community. On the adult side of things I was very impressed with the hospitality of the host Shane. He made himself available whenever I called or text. He was very understanding when issues arose, and helped troubleshoot issues with easy. He was very patient and understanding and I appreciated it. My family and I had a blast and we will def book again

The Magical Manor was fabulous! We had 25 people in our party and there was plenty of space! The kids and adults LOVED the game room - and the pool was great! The themed-rooms were so fun - and the spacious kitchen made it easy for lots of people to be in the kitchen. Shane was extremely responsive every time we had a question. Highly recommend the Magical Manor! We will definitely be back!
