Adventure Awaits is awesome. We used it as a base for our family and friends gathering. The house itself is an attraction with wonderful themed bedrooms, large kitchen, dining and family room. Breakfast each morning was easy in the fully equipped kitchen. The game room was a hit, with true arcade quality machines. Some of us went to Disney and Universal Parks while others simply enjoyed the house, pool, wildlife preserve and Storey Lake Resort and fitness center. One day we drove out to the Kennedy Space Center (highly recommend) and made it back in time to enjoy a taco bar we had catered/delivered by Lime Fresh Mexican Grill. Then we watched F1 in the fantastic Star Wars Theater room. The house was clean and beautiful reflecting real pride of ownership that made us feel like honored guests. The host communication was just right. Five enthusiastic stars.

This property was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at in Orlando — and we’ve been renting vacation homes for over 10 years. The theater room was incredible, the pool heated better than any other property we’ve rented, and the game room (especially the Nerf setup) was a huge hit. All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything matched the listing exactly. There were absolutely no negatives. The home felt private, with a beautiful water view behind the property instead of neighboring houses. Shane was an excellent host — very flexible and extremely helpful with adjustments to our plans. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing!! It had something for everyone. From the grandparents down to the littlest of the kids. The neighborhood was quiet was perfect for our family. Relaxing by the pool was one of our favorite spots, with the beautiful lake overview and no backyard neighbors. The theming of the rooms was excellent with even the smallest details not overlooked. We loved the Harry Potter room. The kids loved the game room and the gaming stations. And having family time at the end of the day watching movies in the theater was the best! I love to cook so having a full kitchen with spices, pots, pans and such made it so nice. Location was perfect, close to all the theme parks, great restaurants and grocery stores. Shane was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

If you are looking for an amazing place for you and your family/friends while in Disney, this is the house you should book. The house is exactly as described and includes tons of extras. The stroller and car seat came in handy while transporting our little ones back and forth. The house was stocked with plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods (the few items I usually have to pack for any other house) to get us through the week. Shane was extremely responsive and proactive in all communications. The kids loved the game room (all the games even worked!) and the pool and hot tub were very clean and provided a nice view of the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again. Book it if you can - you won't regret it.

Our stay at Adventure Awaits exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It was a full experience, something you’d expect to see at Disney or Universal. The themed rooms were done exceptionally well. Each room has thoughtful details and immersive design that made it exciting for both adults and kids.The game room was defiantly a hit with my kids! This home is truly top tier. It delivered a five-star experience across the board. Ir you’re looking for a place that goes beyond expectations and creates lasting memories, this is it. Our annual family New Year's tradition is all that Orlando offers. Big family coming in from west US including multiple couples, preteens, babies...all in one house to enjoy together. We've stayed all over the world and have high expectations so I research properties heavily. My grown children and their kiddos loved every minute of our stay. Unfortunately we had rain and a cold snap during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy fun times together with all the house amenities game room, theater, heated pool and hot tub. Big kitchen to cook together, themed rooms even the adults were wowed by. Shane was incredibly responsive and most importantly a gracious host. Our family has a new Orlando go to property! Great home- attention to detail on the themes was on point- we could not get over how there was theme music playing in every room upon our arrival, added to the magic of coming to Disney for the first time. The arcade was so fun and the kids had a blast!! Check out was just as easy as Check in, almost felt tooo easy, but I suppose that most people would be very grateful for that! I hope we were as good as guests as we had for hosts- thank you Shane and family!!

I can't say enough good things about this house! It is even better the the pictures, the beds were so comfortable, so much to do right at the house and close by, the pool area over looks a pond where as a lot of house the pools are back to back with neighbors so this felt more private. Shane was a great host responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Highly recommend this house. Our kids have already asked to go back 100 times! We had kids from 12-1 and each of them loved it. Even all the adults were impressed!! I would also highly recommend this host because he was kind and very responsive. I told my family before we even got there, he was my favorite host I had every interacted with. The accommodation being more than I even imagined was a bonus.

Pool was actually warm when paying to heat it (and we stayed after the intense cold streak) Beds were extremely comfortable so everyone slept great, downfall of this is now we all want new beds at home Having enough basic amenities to last our entire stay will have you feeling like you’re home the min you walk through the front door (small detail that many options in the area do not offer) Shane was extremely responsive and nearby if we needed anything (big difference from a host states away that rely on a 3rd party to execute a request during a stay) When trying to pick between the numerous options it’s all the little details such as these, that when woven together, truly create a 5 star experience well worth the cost.
